Recently, relying on its technical and service advantages in the field of rail transit operation and maintenance, Shenzhou High speed Railway has successively obtained two orders for the rail grinding service project of Shenhua Group and the non installation equipment integration business project of the Mongolian Chinese railway track maintenance system, with a total contract amount of more than 73 million yuan, realizing the company's business breakthrough in the field of track maintenance of railway dedicated lines.
The lines served by the rail grinding project of Shenhua Group are all self built railway projects of Shenhua, including Zhunchi Line and other national first-class heavy haul railways. After undertaking the project, Shenzhou Railway Operation and Maintenance (Tianjin) Technical Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhou High speed Railway, mobilized a GMC96 rail grinding train for rail grinding operations, and sent a professional team to provide technical support and consulting services on the project site. This is the first railway dedicated line maintenance and operation service project implemented by Shenzhou High Speed Railway, with a total amount of 11 million yuan. It is expected to be completed in November this year.
The integration project of non installation equipment for the Menghua Railway Works System is one of the key projects followed up by Shentie Operation and Maintenance (Tianjin) Technical Service Co., Ltd. after its establishment. The Menghua Railway starts from Haole Baoji Station in Inner Mongolia in the north and ends at Ji'an Station in Jiangxi. It is a large capacity and efficient coal transportation system that combines point network and rail water transportation, and is also a new national strategic transportation channel for "North South Coal Transportation". The total length of the line is 1813.544 kilometers, with a planned transportation capacity of over 200 million tons per year. It passes through 7 provinces and regions, including Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, and Jiangxi. It is a major project included in the national 13th Five Year Plan for Development and the Medium and Long Term Railway Network Plan, and is listed as the first of the 80 demonstration projects in the first batch of infrastructure and other fields that encourage social investment.
After the project bidding in August this year, with the joint efforts of the Shenzhou Railway Operation and Maintenance Company team, Shenzhou High Speed Railway successfully won the entire operation and maintenance equipment integration business of the Menghua Railway in the field of engineering. The total project amount was 62.45 million yuan, making it the largest engineering operation and maintenance project awarded by the company to date.
Last week, the National Development and Reform Commission and five other departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Railway Dedicated Lines", proposing that by 2025, the proportion of railway dedicated lines connected to major coastal ports, large industrial and mining enterprises with an annual transportation volume of over 1.5 million tons of bulk goods, and newly built logistics parks will all reach 85%, and all major ports on the Yangtze River trunk line will achieve railway entry. In addition, the Opinion clearly states the need to fully open up the investment, construction, operation and maintenance market for railway dedicated lines, allowing engineering construction, equipment manufacturing, social logistics enterprises, etc. to participate and provide related services, encouraging the establishment of regional and professional railway dedicated line operation and maintenance mechanisms and enterprises, and innovating the operation and maintenance mode of railway dedicated lines.
The comprehensive opening up of the construction and operation and maintenance market for railway dedicated lines will bring more market opportunities and driving forces for enterprises such as Shenzhou High Speed Railway, which are the first to layout the construction and operation and maintenance of railway dedicated lines.
