1. The main function of the running gear detection host is to process and analyze vibration data, and combine temperature data for fault diagnosis. The fault diagnosis results are transmitted to TCMS through MVB, and real-time storage of vibration and temperature data is also carried out. The running gear detection host communicates with other devices through Ethernet, and can also communicate with the ground through wireless channels such as 4G/5G modules and WLAN modules.

2. The front-end processor is used to connect the composite sensor and the running part detection host. It filters and converts the vibration signal of the composite sensor into A/D, and transmits temperature and vibration data to the running part detection host through Ethernet. The front-end processor has a cascading function, which can aggregate signals from another front-end processor and send them to the running gear detection host.
3. Composite sensors are mainly used to detect the vibration and temperature signals of the tested object, including vibration acceleration sensors, temperature sensors, and sensor signal cables. Vibration detection adopts IEPE method, temperature signal is digital temperature chip, sensor probe is M12 threaded structure, and prefabricated cable is connected to the external through aviation connector.
